Berry smoothie

Berry smoothie is delicious and easy for breakfast or for a snack in the middle of the day.

serves 4

Ingredients

  • 450g bag frozen berries
  • 450g pot plain yoghurt
  • 100ml milk
  • 25g porridge oats

Method

Whizz the berries, yogurt and milk together with a blender until smooth. Stir through the porridge oats, then pour into 4 glasses and serve.
