BLT Tortilla Wraps

BLT Tortilla wraps are brilliant for lunch or breakfast. The addition of avocado slices is delicious.

This recipe serves approximately 4


  • 400g bacon rashers, sliced into 3cm pieces
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • Guacamole to taste
  • 1/2 an cos lettuce, shredded
  • 1 tomato, diced


  1. Place bacon in a large, deep frying pan. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain, and set aside.
  2. Microwave the tortillas for a few seconds, just enough to soften them up and make them pliable without cracking.
  3. Immediately spread each with guacamole, then top each with 1/4 of the bacon, lettuce and tomato. 
  4. Fold sides of tortilla over, then roll up. Repeat with remaining ingredients . Cut each wrap in half before serving.
