Cauliflower Rice

Use cauliflower rice in place of normal rice. Yes it tastes of cauli but it has an entirely different and enjoyable texture. This will be a big hit with everyone in your family. Use your cauliflower rice as an accompaniement to a main fish or meat dish. It is great for both weight loss and weight maintenance.

Ingredients

  • One large cauliflower

Serves 4

Method

  1. Cut the florets into even sized chunks
  2. Pulse your florets in the food processor until the same size and texture as rice
  3. Steam or microwave the cauliflower on high for 7 minutes, or until cooked through
  4. Serve immediately
