Frozen berry smoothie

Frozen berry smoothie is great for an easy breakfast or perfect as a nutritious snack during the day.

Serves 1


  • 3/4 cup frozen or fresh berries
  • 1/2 cup plain yoghurt
  • 3/4 cup skim milk or almond milk
  • small handful of nuts to serve


Combine all ingredients together and whizz into a smooth mixture. Add the nuts and serve.
