Healthy cooked breakfast

Healthy cooked breakfast can be eaten on it's own or make it into a sandwich by adding a brown pitta bread. This is a great breakfast for those mornings when you have a little more time and will be enjoyed by all of the family.

Quantities to be decided by you, depending on how many you are feeding.


  • Bacon or seared ham
  • Flat mushrooms
  • Cherry tomatoes

  1. Griddle the flat mushrooms
  2. Add bacon or seared ham
  3. Finish with cherry tomatoes - these can be raw or cooked, depending on your mood
