Healthy Orange Juice

By filling 1/5 of your glass with pure orange juice and the rest with plain or sparkling water, this cuts down dramatically on the amount of sugar you are consuming, therefore avoiding that huge sugar rush and inevitable craving for a further sugary treat. Diluting your favourite drinks like this is an easy way to maintain your ideal weight.


  • Peeled orange rind
  • Fizzy water
  • Ice cubes
  • Pure orange juice


1. Fill your glass to the top with ice cubes

2. Fill the glass to approximately 1/5 with pure orange juice

3. Fill the rest of your glass up with fresh cold tap water or ice cold fizzy water

4. Add a few pieces of peeled orange rind for that extra zing
