Light breakfast

Simply made up from mixed nuts and red berries or melon - very fast and easy. If you felt like it you could alwasy add a dollop of plain yoghurt and whizz it up in the blender to form a smoothie. You may need to add a little milk to loosen the mixture. Easy, fast, simple and delicious, what could be better.

NB. Makes a great snack too

Quantities to be decided by you, depending on how many you are feeding.

Ingredients

  • Mixed nuts
  • Red berries or melon

Method

  1. Combine mixed nuts in a bowl with some red berries or melon for a healthy, light breakfast
