Protein is an essential building block.

Your body needs protein to build strong muscle and bone. Sadly many people are under the misconception that protein is bad for you because it is full of fat. Ensure your choices are good quality lean protein, fish and white meats are the very best and healthiest. In my experience the majority of people do not eat enough protein judging by the food diaries I regularly view. 


Protein is essential to make you healthy, it staves off hunger, provides essential nutrients and importantly promotes serotonin – the connectors in the brain that help you to feel good and well balanced.
