Should you eat healthily?

Well that’s for you to decide. You may like to ask yourself the following questions and then see how you feel:

       Do you often have cravings for something sweet?

       Do you get the 3pm energy slump?

       Do you get grumpy and grouchy particularly in the afternoon?

       Do you struggle to manage your weight?

       Does your brain sometimes feel foggy and unclear?

       Do you sometimes find focus and concentration difficult?

       Do you have diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure or heart disease?

       Do you find it almost impossible to resist cakes, sweets, biscuits, desserts and fizzy drinks?

       Do you suffer from bloating or IBS symptoms that become worse when you eat?

       Do you struggle with your energy?

If you answered yes to any of the above then perhaps it is time to make some changes for the better.  Making some simple and easy dietary changes can help to get you back to feeling well and vibrant.
