This salad makes a quick and easy lunch. The addition of goats cheese adds a touch of creamy luxury. Also ideal as an accompaniment to your BBQ.

- Toss the cherries and spinach leaves together
- Dress with the vinegar and a glug of olive oil, then season well
- Add a few blobs of goat’s cheese and scatter the hazelnuts over the top
