This sweet little salad will banish you of any sugar cravings you may be experiencing. A clever combination of fruit and vegetables makes this recipe a true winner. Just remember, don’t add the balsamic glaze until it’s ready to eat!
Quantities to be decided by you, depending on how many you are feeding.
- Strawberries, hulled and sliced
- Balsamic glaze
- Salt and black pepper
- Fresh rocket leaves
- A little parmesan cheese (optional)
- Simply arrange all of your ingredients onto a plate and serve immediately.
