Recipe Of The Week – Tahini Dressing
We think that life is too short to make your own tahini sauce, so we suggest buying a good quality store bought one to make your delicious tahini dressing. We feel the peanut butter adds a wow factor, but if this isn’t to your taste or you would prefer something more neutral, simply use almond butter as a replacement.
This can also be made in large batches and kept fresh in the fridge throughout the week, or to feed a hungry crowd!
- 3 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Combine all of the ingredients along with 4-5 tbsp water
- Keep refrigerated in an air-tight jar
