Cottage Cheese with Chopped Vegetables
Ingredients
- A carton of full fat cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh herbs of your choice - chives, parsley, dill, basil, coriander, tarragon finely chopped
- 6 radishes
- 1 stick of celery, chopped
- 2 inch piece of cucumber, chopped
- ½ green pepper, chopped
- ½ small carrot, chopped
- Any other green vegetables, as desired (mangetout, fennel, broccoli) - chopped
