Virtual Health Assessments FAQ

Q1 When will I receive my Teams meeting link?

A1 Immediately following your booking, you will receive your Confirmation email complete with your Teams meeting link and 24 hours prior to your appointment you will receive an SMS reminder including your Teams link. Don’t worry if you are unable to find it, our nurse will call you on the telephone number you have provided when making your booking.

Q2 How can I cancel my booking?

A2 You can view your booking here:

https://thehealthyemployee.events.apps.welltechsolutions.co.uk Select the blue button: MANAGE MY BOOKINGS. You will need to enter your name and email address, then you can view the time and date of your booking or cancel your booking and associated details if you need to.

Q3 How can I rebook?

A3 IMPORTANT – make your booking for at least 14 days in the future to allow for postage of your home test kit.  If you make your booking earlier we cannot guarantee that you will receive your home test kit.

To book:

  • Click on this link: https://thehealthyemployee.events.apps.welltechsolutions.co.uk and input your booking code.  Your code will have been provided on the marketing communications from your organisation.
  • Use the drop-down menu to select your preferred date and time.
  • Enter your details – name, full address including postcode and telephone number.  ​
  • Complete the pre-screening questions on the next page​.

Q4 I don’t have a ‘My Results Form’?

A4 The ‘Instructions and My Results Form’ was attached to your booking confirmation email. You will also receive ‘My Results Form’ in your home test kit pack along with the instructions.  If you are unable to find the form take your tests, following the instructions, and note down the results of your tests.  Have your results to hand for your consultation.

Q5 When will I receive my home test kit?

A5 Expect your home test kit to arrive approximately 1-2 weeks prior to your appointment.

Q6 How far in advance do I need to take my tests?

A6 You can complete your tests whenever you are ready – please note down your results on your ‘My Results Form’ or keep a note of them and ensure you have them to hand for your appointment.

Q7 Do I complete the tests and send them back to you?

A7 You complete the tests at home. Add the results to ‘My Results Form’ or note them down and keep them to hand to discuss with the nurse during your appointment. Please do not return your My Results form to The Healthy Employee Ltd.

Q8 The PSA or prostate test is different to one I’ve had before?

A8 This postal test provides a screening using a droplet of blood and should it show any anomalies the participant will be referred to a GP to undergo the laboratory test.

Q9 Can you send my kit to a different address than the one I provided when making my booking?

A9 Due to General Data Protection Regulation we are only able to send home test kits out to the addresses provided via the booking system.

Q10 I have not received my home test kit, what do I do?

A10 Continue to have your appointment and explain this to the nurse.  The appointment will still provide you with valuable insight into your health and the nurse will be able to arrange for a home test kit to be sent to you.

Q11 All the bookings are taken. Are you planning any further bookings?

A11 The number of available bookings is determined by your organisation. To understand if more dates will be made available we would ask you to speak with your manager or the organiser of this event.

Q12 What’s my booking code?

A12 You will require your booking code to make your booking. The code can be found on the marketing information provided by your organisation or through your manager or the organiser of the event.

Q13 I don’t know how the appointment takes place

A13 Your appointment will take place virtually using Microsoft Teams. The link for your Teams meeting can be found in your confirmation booking email and the SMS (text) message you will receive 24 hours prior to your appointment. Click onto this link to be taken to your virtual meeting. If you are unable to locate this information don’t worry. The nurse will contact you on the telephone number you provided when making your booking.
